So far we haven't seen problems with this. Others have built VirtualBox 
on Windows from sources as well, and so far no one has asked what to do. 
I guess you don't want/need to make significant (incompatible) changes, 
and in this case the driver is the same thing as the Oracle one, just 
built by someone else and thus bearing a different signature.

No. If you have a strong preference towards removing the company name we 
cannot stop you (due to the code license). There are ways to achieve 
this with make variables, though I haven't checked if this particular 
case would be covered. Contributions accepted if you feel like...
