Well, yes, it happens after you recompile VBox and start VNC server first time.
Looks like some scancodes are not initialized first time.

It is not related to VNC client - you can reconnect many times -
problem persists - it just goes away after some usage.

I would be thankful if you check this, plus does Keypad works for you ?

Can you look at the other thread "VNC: small problems", and comment on those?
