VirtualBox 4.0.0 already contains open source support for USB 1.1 (in some 
situations even with USB 2.0 speeds) afaik.
Full USB 2.0 support is delivered with the PUEL extpack.
I'm not sure whether another extpack shipping USB support would somehow create 
a conflict with the PUEL extpack. That would be nice to know for extpack 
developers I guess.
