[vbox-dev] Contribution of zh_TW translation

Dear 趙惟倫,

adding the remaining bits and pieces to allow for external translations
is currently on our agenda. We are also working on a wiki page
describing in detail how to do it. The goal is that non technical users
will be able to fully translate the software using the Qt Linguist tool.

Thanks for your help, I hope that we will soon get a lot of user
contributed I18N-versions!

P.S.: Can a zh_TW translation also be applied to mainland China or does
that require a separate translation?
