[vbox-dev] Contribution of zh_TW translation

Hi,

during the translating of VBoxSVC_zh_TW.ts and VirtualBox_zh_TW.ts,
I have found that the current version of VBox 1.3.8 is not i18n-enabled.
Is there any plan to accept a patch like:
http://www.mail-archive.com/vbox-dev@virtualbox.org/msg00001.html
to implemente it? Then I would make a contribution of zh_TW translation.
