[vbox-dev] movzx error compiling on Mac OS X

Excellent.  Thanks Knut I'll try this out.

I'd like to get the code cranking so I can help contribute.  I've heard
there aren't enough Mac OS X guys and I'd like to get involved.  First step
is getting a proper compilation. :)
