Freeze of VirtualBox GUI with high load in the guest system

Description

Hello all,

We are using Checkpoint client in the Windows 7 VM. Export actions within this client require a lot of resources and the GUI of VirtualBox gets frozen.

We can reproduce this with both VirtualBox editions, both 3.2.8.

After the freeze, I can switch on the rdp in the binary edition via VBoxManage and can get access to the VM via rdesktop to localhost and can use the VM. It means, VM is running, only the GUI interface is frozen. We can't see any menus or can't reset the VM on the usual way, it's just a blank X11 window.

Host system: CentOS 5.4 32 bit Guest system: Windows XP Pro 32bit or Windows 7 Enterprise N 32bit with last guest additions.

Here is the VBox.log from the OpenSource edition(compiled for CentOS by me), I can also provide the core dump. I can provide this both things for the closed-source edition too.

Regards, Artem Sidorenko
