Description
The choice floppy and CD does not work if is enabled USB on Ubuntu 8.04 host. Its do not work in menu and toolbar. (on Ubuntu 10.04 host no this problem)

Does this depend on the USB devices you have plugged in? Particularly, if you do "lsusb -v" do any of the device product or manufacturer strings have non-ASCII characters in them (like the (c) in Microsoft's "Natural© Ergonomic Keyboard") and do things work if you remove any such devices before starting VirtualBox?

Please reopen if the problem persists with VBox 3.2.8.

Do I understand you correct that you cannot open the Devices / CD/DVD Devices and Floppy Devices if you have USB enabled? Is the menu there but can't be opened or is the menu missing at all? Still relevant with VBox 3.2.6?
