Description
Hello,
I have a FreeBSD VM that runs on Vbox in Windows 7 on an AMD Phenom II X4, but fails on a VIA U2250 system, both in Windows 7 and openSuSE 11.1. I have both imported the VM and created from new with same results.
The log files for the VIA machine (fails) and AMD machine (success) are attached.

The AMD machine has AMD-V available, with the VIA machine we fall back to software virtualization. Is this problem still relevant with VBox 4.0.4?
