Could you provide a bit more details so that we are able to figure out the issue:

  1. Do you have any VMs running while host going to sleep?
  2. Does it happen every time the host going to sleep mode?
  3. I noticed you have vmware drivers loaded. Do you have VMware VMs running? Which VMware version do you have?
  4. Do you have any other custom networking software installed? (e.g. VPN client, etc.)

1. No any VM running. 2. Doesn't test it. 3. No any VM running, VMware Workstation 6.5.2 build-156735 4. Kaspersky Internet Security, standard VPN internet connection was active. 5. Two VirtualBox Host-Only Network connections, VirtualBox Bridge Networking Driver isn't checked in properties (it active only on physical connections).

We've found and fixed an issue in the driver which caused the fail you observed.
Feel free to mail me at Mikhail dot Sennikovsky at sun dot com and I will send you a link to a test build with the fix.
