MiniToolbar only shows for fullscreen guests if it resides on the primary monitor => Fixed in SVN

Description

Running VirtualBox 3.0.2 under WindowsXP SP3 with three monitors. Primary monitor is the middle one (so full screen is from x=-1280 to 2560, y=0 to 1024)

When the guest is in fullscreen mode, the MiniToolbar? only appears if it is fullscreen on the primary monitor.
