Description
Upgraded from Vbox 2.2.4 to Vbox 3.0.0. Removed old guest additions and updated OpenSolaris 2009.06 guest with additions from Vbox 3.0.0
Now when I start typing in a terminal window in OpenSolaris the mouse pointer disappears. If I click somewhere, it reappears. This behavior is not observed when I type in Firefox.

Are you sure that this is a VBox problem? This happens to me on my Ubuntu host system (without VirtualBox running) if the mouse pointer is above the terminal window when I type.

To clarify the issue a bit, there is definitely a difference between Vbox 2.2.4 and Vbox 3.0.0 in handling the mouse pointer. In Vbox 2.2.4 the mouse pointer disappears when typing but will immediately reappear when the mouse is moved. In Vbox 3.0.0 the pointer will not reappear until a mouse button is clicked.

Ah right, I know what that is. This problem is already fixed in our SVN, but the fix wasn't ready in time for 3.0.
