Description
VirtualBox has good-quality translation for application UI. However, how about opening manual translation to individual or teams? VirtualBox has well-quality documentation, but it is all written in English. Providing it into local languages will be good for users too.
Although there isn't collaborative translation system in this site, most of translation projects have there own web sites to co-work with translations. I suggest to open translation of manuals in next version.

I don't think it's a good idea. The original english documentation is a very well written and I doubt that _any_ amateur translator can keep up such a level of the quality in the translated version. Please note that numerous mistakes in translated manuals (which I belive are not possible to avoid) would confuse users a lot.
