VirtualBox installer on Windows starts VBox as administrator

Description
Windows Vista and 7 with UAC enabled, limited user account: UAC pops up when starting the installer, this is normal. The installer presents the choice of starting VirtualBox immediately after installation. Expected behavior here would be that VirtualBox will be started for the user currently logged in interactively, not the administrator account. However, the installer starts VirtualBox with the same privileges as the installer.
