Menus not accessible from keyboard in running machine window

Description

There is a menu bar containing several menus (such as Machine and Devices) in the window for a running virtual machine. As far as I can determine, there is no way to access this menu except by using the mouse. For instance, the keyboard accelerator for the Machine menu is defined as alt+m, but alt+m is passed through to the VM even when the keyboard isn't captured, so this does not activate the menu. Perhaps a hostKey combination could be used to activate this menu.

The access key combination is HostKey+Home and it works even in fullscreen mode.

Ah. Thanks for this information. My apologies for the false report.

I did check the manual and could not find this mentioned anywhere. Is this documented anywhere? If not, perhaps this issue could be mutated into a documentation issue.

Right, and the missing documentation was the reason for not closing the bug yet :)

Resolution: fixed
Status: newclosed

There is actually a short note in the user manual now (3.5 display settings) and the dialog which is shown when switching to fullscreen / seamless mentions this key combination as well. Closing.
