Description
After performing fine at first, starting the windows guest now fails, see the attached log file.

The reason is that your CD/DVD drive is not accessible but you selected passthrough in the VM settings which means that the VM pass guest commands to the host DVD drive. Disconnect the CD/DVD drive from your VM and it will boot again. The next version of VirtualBox will behave differently, it will continue to boot without the CD/DVD drive attached in that case.
