Error: Shared folders not accessible in Windows XP guest system with *normal* user

Description

Shared folders can not be accessed in Windows XP guest system when logged in with a normal/limited user. It works immediately if you switch to an admin account, if you switch back to a normal/limited user it won't work.

Some more details:

A restricted user of a WinXP guest system has no access to shared folders of the host. The command "net use s: \vboxsvr\sharename leads to the following error:

System error 1231 - The network location cannot be reached

Giving write access to C: and all registry hives does not solve the problem. Only moving the user account to the administrator group helps.
