Virtual box get freeze in middle of task

I have install virtual box on my windows 10 and when i try to run Kali and Ubuntu it gets freeze for no reason. i gave 2 core CPU and 5 GB of ram but still problem was coming so i deleted everything and uninstall VB and restart my PC and again reinstall everything but still it's freezes in same way in my other vmware everything goes smoothly without any problem. so i came on conclusion something wrong with the virtualbox. i am not a softer developer yet so cant go with debugging process hence i reporting here if someone is reading this please solve this problem and release new version.
