The whole system just freezes

I have ubuntu VB installed and this bug's been happening for a long time. the bug is when I leave the laptop on hibernate mode for a while (sometimes short sometimes long) and when I come back and open the VB I find the screen is minimized to just the center and I can only type the password.. after that nothing works on the keyboard inside the VB except for the host key and the whole system is frozen and the bash prompt takes the empty fill shape that happens when I am on another window. I also tried to save machine state and close and start the machine again but nothing works. The only fix for this is to turn off the machine (Ubuntu VB) completely and start it again

I run Windows 10 22H2 on my laptop
