"Guru Meditation" error and cannot boot Windows 10

Description
Hi, I need to make Windows 10 and Ubuntu on Virtual Box for my assignment, but I keep getting the "Guru Meditation" error when I try to boot.
I am using Macbook Pro, and my RAM is 8GB. I downloaded the Developer Preview version because I could not install the other one because of AMD64. I set up my base memory as 2048 and my Virtual Hard Disk as 68 GB. Also, I tried pre-allocate full size. Someone told me that it could be because of memory capacity, so I tried adjusting bigger and smaller but still not working. Hope someone can give me an idea of how to fix this.

VirtualBox on Apple Silicon is a developer preview and not officially supported yet, please refrain from opening bug reports in this bugtracker.
