Kubunty 8.04 - Windows XP crash with blue screen straight after boot

Description
OS: Kubuntu 8.04 x86 Graphics Card: ATI Radeon 9800SE
Basically I created a Windows Image at first and it was working perfectly fine. I then reformatted the computer and installed Kubuntu 8.04 (OS before was Ubuntu 8.04) and I transferred the previous image onto the new installation
Now when I boot the Windows XP x86 image with the same settings (there was no hardware changes as I reinstalled linux), the Windows XP splash screen is showed for a split second and then a Blue Screen of death error message appears and then afterwards it sends the terminate signal to VBox which causes it to restart again
I tried messing around with all the settings to get it working however I had no luck.
BTW: The windows image was created on VirtualBox 1.6.0 and I am now running 1.6.2

Actually thanks, I didn't notice the PIIX 3/4 setting.
You can resolve this, its working now

You must make sure the hardware settings for the VM are pretty much identical. Two important settings are IO-APIC and PIIX3/4. If they don't match, Windows will crash.
