Windows 7 Host presenting problem on Network when PowerOn/Shutdown guest

1. When Power On or ShutDown a virtual machine, the host loses network connection and back.

2. In some cases, when I Shutdown a virtual machine, the host network goes down and not back, and restart the Host is necessary.

My host is Windows 7 32bit

Not enough host memory. Assign less memory to the guest or add more RAM to the host.
