VirtualBox - Windows XP hangs

Hello
I have installed VirtualBox OSE few days ago. I have installed Windows XP as a virtual machine and using Kubuntu as host machine.
When I operate in Windows XP from VirtualBox, it seems to sleep for few seconds (the whole thing, mouse, keyboard and all). When I press (Right Ctrl), go to host (kubuntu) and come back to Windwos again it works. Again after few seconds it sleeps. If I press Windows Key it awakes.
Additionally, When I am running Windows XP inside VB, My host machine hangs too for some time otherwise it won't
Could you help me in this issue?

If you can reproduce this behaviour with 1.6.x, then please reopen. Don't use the OSE version, use our binary version instead. This rules out any problems with your OSE setup.
Please check if 1.6.0 improves things.
