VBoxSVC.exe doesn't quit when a VM started via "virtualbox.exe C.\path\to\vm.vbox" is halted

When a VM is started via GUI or VBoxManage --startvm, the VBoxSVC.exe quits after the VM is halted (and the GUI window is closed).

When the VM is started via Double-click on the .vbox file, the VBoxSVC.exe won't quit after halting the VM.

The doubleclick seems to call "C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VirtualBox.exe" "%1" according to HKCR\progId_VirtualBox.Shell.vbox\shell\open\command.

When starting the VM via "virtualbox.exe --startvm C:\path\to\vm.vbox" instead of "virtualbox.exe C:\path\to\vm.vbox", VBoxSVC.exe quits correctly.
