Network bandwidth limit not compatible with NAT => Fixed in SVN

Guest type: other Host type: other

Description

I setup a network bandwidth limit using this section of the manual: http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch06.html#network_bandwidth_limit

It will consistently prevent booting when used on a network adapter attached to NAT. It works as-expected on Bridge, Internal, and Host-Only adapters.

Host: Win 7 Pro 64-bit i7 16GB ram multiple guests tested with the same results

I put a few more details in a forum post, but I don't think they are necessary to explain this issue: https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=54074
