The binaries in this section are all released under the VirtualBox Personal Use and Evaluation License (PUEL). By downloading, you agree to the terms and conditions of that license.

  Due to an accident the original 3.1.6 Mac OS X package (build 59338) was broken. Please install the fixed package if you installed the broken package. Sorry for the inconveniences!

• VirtualBox Guest Additions with support for resizing of all X11-based guests ​.iso-Image
  This updated version of the Guest Additions contains support for dynamically resizing X11-based guests (Linux and Solaris) for which this functionality was previously unavailable by resizing the virtual machine window on the host system. As this feature has not been as well tested as the rest of this release, we recommend that you only download the updated Guest Additions if you need this feature.

You might want to compare the ​MD5 sum to verify the integrity of downloaded packages.

Note: After upgrading VirtualBox it is recommended to upgrade the guest additions as well.

The VirtualBox OSE sources are available free of charge under the terms and conditions of the GNU General Public License, Version 2. Please note that the Open Source Edition does not include an installer or setup utilities, as it is mainly aimed at developers and Linux distributors.
