-There's a memory leak in the Windows Vista WMI component that is used by !VirtualBox 2.0.2. A [http://support.microsoft.com/kb/949700 Vista hotfix] is available in case you are seriously affected by the problem. !VirtualBox 2.0.4 contains a workaround for this problem making this fix obsolete.
