VBox GUI is not being updated on network change from CLI

Host: Win 7 x64 + VBox 4.1.6
Guest: Win XP
Doing this:
C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox>VBoxManage controlvm "Windows XP" nic1 nat
C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox>VBoxManage controlvm "Windows XP" nic1 null
Does not update the VirtualBox Manager Summary GUI. However when changing the same parameters from GUI, the GUI gets update.
