VirtualBox Ubuntu loosing hard disks on close

I use Ubuntu Oneiric Ocelot and I just installed the last version of Virtualbox. I added the old virtual machine files and virtual hard disks. They work ok. Then I close Virtualbox and on the next start of the program my virtual machines cannot start as I have no virtual hard disks and I have to manually add them again in virtual media manager to use the machines.
I have 4.1.6 r74713

PS: My virtual machines and virtual hard disks+snapshots are saved on a Windows partition (NTFS) on same computer.
