Enable LLVM builds for Xcode 4.2 — at Initial Version

Description
Seeing that Apple's Xcode 4.2 has dropped support for plain old GCC, I've had to patch the Config.kmk file to allow use of the LLVM compiler. While I wouldn't consider this patch even close to what is acceptable in production, I believe that a GCC prefix is needed because it sometimes needs to be set to "llvm-". Please find attached.
