OSX host system lockup when starting Win7 guest with Ubuntu guest already running — at Initial Version

Description
Mac OSX (10.6.7) freezes when I try to start my Windows 7 guest while my Ubuntu guest is running. The system freezes when "Starting Windows" appears. The only resolution is to press and hold power button to shutdown and restart.
