Guest Additions cause Windows 7 to hang on startup

Description
I installed 4.0.10 on Windows 7 host. Linux guest works fine, one of the Windows 7 guests works fine, but my second Windows 7 guest started hanging on startup after I installed the Guest Additions. Using the Launch Repair Startup built into windows to revert the system back made the startup problem disappear. Let me know if there is more information you need that might help.
