Description
Hi guys,
I have already followed the Wiki to CoreDump and send data so this here is just for public info:
[siv@backmaster rpms]$ VBoxManage startvm XP1 --type=headless Waiting for the VM to power on... VM has been successfully started.
## RDP to the port for RDP then I see
VBoxHeadless[26418]: segfault at 00002aaabadab750 rip 00002b12398ed04d rsp 000000004177c870 error 4
The Guest is a XP SP3 32 bit with guest additions installed up to the latest version.
Interestingly, the issue does not appear at once. I have to logon(press Cntrl+Alt+Del then type user and pass) on the VM to get the actual crash.
After the crash the mashine is in the state Failed.

Which version of the extension pack do you have installed on this system? Was it version 4.0.8? In that case please update to 4.0.10 and check if the crash still happens.
A core dump would help to debug this problem.
