Description
It would be really nice to have an actual configuration attribute, even just in XML or via VBoxManage, to configure the EFI rom (EfiRom in source:trunk/src/VBox/Devices/EFI/DevEFI.cpp) and potentially NVRAM.
Use case: I would like to try out my developer copy of Mac OS X 10.7 which requires a special NVRAM. I know the operating system is not explicitly supported, but given EFI Rom and NVRAM support I could make it work myself.
I don't understand the tech properly but if I get a chance I might look at implementing the feature myself. Given I have no experience with virtualization development, it would still be better done by someone more knowledgable.
