VM abort with 3D enabled for Fedora-15 / Gnome-3 guest — at Initial Version
Reported by: | Kevin R. Porter | Owned by: | |

Description
Using VirtualBox version 4.0.8 r71778 on a host system running 64-bit Fedora-14, if I boot a virtual machine with a 64-bit Fedora-15 / Gnome-3 guest, it boots to the login screen, and I am able to enter username and password, but when Gnome-3 shell attempts to start I briefly see an apparently corrupted screen, then the VM aborts if 3D support is enabled. If I disable 3D support and reboot the exact same VM, it boots successfully and I am able to log into the guest, but Gnome-3 starts in "fallback" mode due to the lack of 3D support.
