Please do NOT paste log files but attach the log files to the ticket. When using the 32-bit guest, did you use a PCNet card in the VM settings and did you use an E1000 card with the 64-bit guest? In that case you have to install the Oracle extension pack as the normal PXE code cannot handle E1000 cards, only the Intel PXE drive which is included in the extension pack (for legal reasons).

    11Can't gpxe boot x86_64 guest like Centos5, menu could not be loaded. After changing it to 32bit OS, then gpxe boot would work, but it means gpxe boot could not be supported with x86_64 guest.
