2011 iMac System Crash

Description
When installing or running a guest operating system, in my case, Windows Vista 32 Bit and Fedora 14, the host computer, running 10.6.7 Mac OSX, crashes requiring a complete restart of the system. The guest operating system settings are as follows:
2048 MB RAM 128 MB Video RAM No 2D/3D Acceleration No IO APIC (Has same effect with it on) 1 Processor, No PAE/NX No VT-x/AMD-v 60 GB Hard drive Using Windows Vista 32 Bit DVD as operating system at the moment as installation has not yet completed.

These is no crash report that I have been able to identify. The last time it froze, the words PANIC on a black background appeared in the upper left-hand corner.

There were additional OSX host fixes in VBox 4.0.10 so it might be worth a try to upgrade. Oh, and please make sure that you enable VT-x for your VMs!
Is there any crash report or does the host completely freeze?
