Virtualbox should show full settings in GUI while VM is running

Description
In order to check ALL virtual machine settings the user is required to shutdown the VM in order to view Machine->Settings...
Basic settings are currently available in the right pane, but not all current settings. When troubleshooting a virtual machine it would be very convenient to be able to view all settings while the machine is running.
