lubuntu get frozen running on 5 cores with boinc

Description
I´ve running boing (world community grid) on a lubuntu10.10 with 5 attached cores. It get frozen after 1 hour.

A try with other packages for my system. The same: guest get frozen

I did the same setup on lubuntu 11.04. More stable but crashes also after a while.
I know that VB4.08 is out. I wait for the packages in openSUSE and run the guest again.

Another lubuntu 11.04 frozen state, but it runs this time for everal hours until it crashed.

Please recheck with VBox 4.0.10. The timer fixes in this release could affect your problem.

Yes, VB4.0.10 helps, but a long run with more than 10 h causes calculation errors in BOINC.
Note:I´ve saved the guest several times, so this also may influence the calculations, but the errors occur only near the final shut down(normal) of the machine.

I´ve give it a run on VB4.1.0: Amazing! It runs and runs and runs and...
for more than 30h I guess, with no calculation error. Also the result status of my World Community Account shows that the results that the vm produce are also calculated by other computers.
Congratulation! You are there! Close this here I suggest.

I´ve tested in on VirtualBox4.0.6. The same problem happens. The log will be added.
But the results BOINC produces in the guest are valid, how the statistics on the world community grid shows.
