Windows7 64bit hangs on guest addition newstart

Description
I´ve installed the 4.06 guest additions and newstart windows 7 with the guest addition newstart option. It hangs with a black screen.

It is a little bit heavier. Since upgrade to VirtualBox 4.0.6 Windows starts anymore(black screen). The logfile will be added.
