Description
I'm unable to clone a hg repository or to install anything bigger over IPS in my guest system.
To reproduce: hg clone http://solaris.bionicmutton.org/hg/kde4-specs-460
result: various error messages about corrupted files, broken checksums etc.
Host: Solaris 11, build 162, amd64, Toshiba Tecra M11, 4GB RAM Guest: Solaris 11 Express (b151a), amd64, 1GB RAM
the guest is a default Solaris configuration with no adjustments. However same issue is seen with other virtual NICs, with VTx turned on/off, etc.
This concerns VirtualBox 4.0.4 only. The problem went away when I went back to 4.0.2.
Perhaps related is that from time to time I'm seeing display corruption there as well, e.g. part of a text in terminal is pixelized.
