BSOD on WinXP host when starting VBox — at Initial Version

Description
Windows XP SP3, Core2 Q9505, 4G RAM. VBox was running OK, but after Windows update (Microsoft Security Essentials – БЗ2310138 (Определение 1.101.118.0)) I get BSOD when try to start Vbox. Reinstalling VBox or deinstalling Microsoft Security Essentials does not help.
