VBox failed to detect AMD-V

Description
My system is MSI 890GXM-GX65, AMD Phenom II X6 1055T, RAM 4GB, host windows 7 enterprise 64, VBox 4.0.4. I tried to create VM with OS 64 bit (win 7 and/or debian linux), but VBox failed to detect AMD-V feature on my system. When i test with amdvhyperv utility from AMD, it detect succesfully.
VBox have detected AMD-V is disable in BIOS. I suspect VBox have wrong detection, because in my system BIOS menu for virtualization is Cell menu -> CPU Features -> SVM.

Please attach a VBox.log session of a VM which you tried to start with AMD-V enabled.
