18GB Log File with repeated PATM Errors

Description

1) Installed Open Suse 11.3 with the Gnome Live CD installer. 2) Rebooted, but accidentally forgot to remove the .iso from the secondary drive 3) Aborted the re-installation 4) Shutdown, removed the .iso from the secondary drive 5) Restarted, and started the fresh install configuration 6) At this point I walked away from the machine and when I came back my physical host screensaver was on, and virtualbox was not responding. 7) Force quit the VM and virtualbox. 8) Noticed that the log file continued to grow. 9) pkill -9 virtualbox.

Note: The log entry: 00:37:38.096 PATM: Disable block at f8782700 - invalid write f8782a38-f8782a3c

was repeated exactly the same over and over.

I could not open the entire log file.

Resolution: fixed
Status: newclosed

Should be fixed in VBox 4.0.6.
