I think I'm having the same/similar issue on Windows 7 64-bit. This log shows something similar, the machine runs for a period of time then just stops with no logging of it stopping. I opened a bug a while back (https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/9760) it has my log in it. I'm having this issue in the latest, although the log is for 4.1.4.
