Description
well, don´t know the exactly cause for the crash. I was not in front of my PC. Windows performes a update(see short summary).

Sorry, but the windows is still deleted. So I can´t make an installation of the new guest additions.

This is most likely the same problem as in ticket #8406 and #8429. You have to install the new guest additions:
