8347,IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL BSOD Windows Guest/Ubuntu Host,swoogan,,"I'm using VirtualBox 4.0.2 w/ Extension Pack on Kubuntu 10.10 64bit. I have installed both Windows 7 64-bit and Windows 2008 R2 64-bit. Both BSOD with the IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL error when I log in for the first time after installing.  Again, these are fresh installs after upgrading from VirtualBox 3.2. No guest additions as I cannot log in.

I also have a Windows 7 64-bit Guest that I installed with VirtualBox 3.2 w/ guest (3.2.12) additions. This guest runs fine in VirtualBox 4.0.2.
