Windows 7 Host, Linux guest VBox crash few seconds after linux desktop UI init.

Description

VirtualBox crashes when Linux guest OS is loading the desktop.

I have 3D enabled, and use Compiz on Linux Geuest it looks VBox crashes durion the Compiz Init, I can see linux desktop loading and then after 2-3 seconds VBox crashes. I have Windows 7 X64, Ubuntu X64 10.10. Sometimes it works (and guest loads) sometimes it doesn't (If I reboot PC it way work, but if it crashes it will keep crashing until I reboot machine). It looks like it have something to do with Seamless Mode, I'm not sure what it supposed to do and how it should work properly (I have not used Vbox before) but I guess it should show guest windows as host OS window, in this mode all my guest windows are borderless and after some time in this mode, Vbox stops responding.
