#8327 closed defect (obsolete)

shared folder mount via /etc/fstab not working — at Version 1

Reported by: Axel Braun Owned by:
Component: shared folders Version: VirtualBox 3.2.12

Guest type: Linux Host type: Linux

Description (last modified by Frank Mehnert)

I have installed openSUSE 11.3 as guest in VBox 3.2.12, guest additions installed.

Adding a shared folder via sudo mount .... works fine, but putting it permantently into /etc/fstab failes: 1daten /daten vboxsf defaults 0 0

The line is syntactically correct, as a mount -a mounts the shared folder, but nothing happens during boot. (I have seen bug 6696, but the guest additions are the right version)
