Description
I have 3 guests running on the same host's harddrive. Sometimes when one of the Linux guests (it runs LAMP webhosting with several high-traffic sites) causes a heavy CPU (probably, that's not the actual cause) and disk load (mostly by MySQL server) I'm observing many "AsyncCompletion: Task * completed after * seconds" messages in the guest's logfile.

How much memory did you assign to all three VMs in summary? Keep in mind to keep at least 2GB RAM for the host OS for caching. Also, if all three VMs do heavy disk I/O it would not surprise me if the host disk is not able to satisfy the required I/O bandwidth. A bit unrelated, this test build contains a fix for a bug which could lead to guest corruption of SATA guests with big amounts of guest RAM.
